About the Role
We are looking for a VoIP Network Engineer to help manage and optimize our global voice infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure high-quality call routing, stable network performance, and efficient traffic management. You will be responsible for monitoring voice traffic, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving routing strategies to maintain reliable communication across our global partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain VoIP network performance - Configure and manage routing for international voice traffic - Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues - Work with telecom partners to resolve technical problems - Optimize routes to improve call quality and reduce latency - Assist with network upgrades and infrastructure improvements
Requirements
- Experience with VoIP technologies and SIP protocols - Understanding of telecom routing and call flows - Experience with softswitches or telecom platforms - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Familiarity with Linux-based systems is a plus - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
